25 Jul Honoring a Woman Who Makes a Difference: Tracy Wilson Mourning Shines Bright
OYC Miami proudly celebrated our visionary founder, Tracy Wilson Mourning, who was recognized as one of the distinguished honorees at the 24th Annual Women Who Make A Difference Luncheon hosted by the Junior League of Miami.
This prestigious event honors exceptional women whose leadership, service, and passion are transforming lives across South Florida. Tracy’s impact has been felt for more than two decades—through her work as a mentor, advocate, and founder of Honey Shine, a program rooted in helping girls build confidence, discover their purpose, and Aspire to Shine. Her presence in the community has uplifted countless women, children, and families by creating safe, empowering spaces for growth, sisterhood, and self-discovery.
Surrounded by fellow changemakers and supporters, Tracy was celebrated for her unwavering dedication, bold vision, and deep compassion. Her words and presence served as a reminder of the power one woman can have to spark transformation and create lasting change.
We extend our deepest thanks to the Junior League of Miami for recognizing her brilliance and legacy—and to Tracy, for being a shining example of what it means to lead with heart, serve with purpose, and empower others to rise. 💛
