Marla Wilson, is the National Executive Vice President of Honey Shine, Inc., a mentoring and educational program for girls in Elementary through High School based, in Miami, FL and founded by Tracy Wilson Mourning, wife of NBA Legend Alonzo Mourning.Wilson oversees the day-­‐to-­‐day planning and execution of the organization’s marketing and vision to provide character development, educational opportunities, exposure and advocacy, to young girls and women worldwide. Under her leadership Honey Shine, Inc., has a garnered national support and created strategic partnerships with professional women’s organizations, local businesses, and national corporations that support the work that Honey Shine, Inc. is doing with young girls from under-­‐resourced communities. Since Wilson joined the organization in 2014, Honey Shine, Inc., has expanded its educational and mentoring footprints in Los Angeles, CA, and Dallas, TX, with plans for growth in Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas, NV. Wilson, a seasoned not-­‐for-­‐profit and philanthropy executive, was formerly a Senior Director with the American Heart Association’s, Go Red for Women Campaign, Executive Director for the Miami-­‐Dade and Monroe Counties March of Dimes, and founder of the 1 Percent Circle, an exclusive consulting group that match high-­‐profile clients with mission related initiatives. Prior to spreading her wings to help those in need, she was an Account Executive with IBM.Wilson holds a bachelor’s of arts in Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma, and is the mother of twins, son Malik and daughter Mijani.

Millie_2016Headshot__resizedMillie Delgado is currently the Program Manager for Honey Shine, Inc.  Prior to working at Honey Shine, Inc., Millie worked seventeen years as a Flight Operations Manager for American Airlines at Miami International Airport. She went on to work as a Community Director for March of Dimes then as a Field Operations Director for Autism Speaks. Originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., Millie moved to Puerto Rico with her parents to attend college, Catholic University of Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Millie is the proud mother of two wonderful kids her daughter Cristina Gabriella and her son Christopher William. Millie is passionate in helping and working with the youth of our community. Eager to make a difference in the lives of the young ladies in our program, Millie is extremely proud to be part of Honey Shine, Inc.

(Photo by / Mitchell Zachs)LaTrice Stirrup is currently the Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator for Honey Shine, Inc. Born and raised in Miami, LaTrice joined the Honey Shine, Inc. team in 2015. As a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing, LaTrice set out to spread her wings and make her imprint on the business world. Prior to working at Honey Shine, Inc. LaTrice worked with Simon Malls as the Digital Media Marketing Specialist. She went to work with the Coconut Grove CDC and KROMA Art Gallery as the Marketing \ Gallery Curator assistant. LaTrice is very passionate about helping her community and its youth. Today she stands and continues to grow as a proud member of the Honey Shine, Inc. organization ready to make a difference!
